The Don’t Worry Darling trailer

Director Olivia Wilde takes a dark turn in Don’t Worry Darling, the follow up to her much loved Booksmart. Set in the 1950s it tells the story of a housewife (Florence Pugh) who suspects her husband (Harry Styles) and his company are up to no good. From the trailer the film looks excellent. Great acting, great design, and (as always) great cinematography from Matthew Libatique. Don’t Worry Darling opens September 23rd.

Jane Schoenbrun talks
We’re All Going to the World’s Fair
with Little White Lies

The director talks in depth with Natalie Marlin about World’s Fair, discovering the internet, the importance of trans voices in filmmaking, and more.

The Offer

The Godfather is arguably one of the best films ever made, and The Offer tells the story of how it came to be. There were a lot of obstacles, but according to the show, producer Al S. Ruddy Jr. was tenacious and not intimidated as he faced pressure from the studio—and even the mob. This is an eight-part series airing on Paramount +. Right now it’s three episodes in with a new one dropping each week.
